The Erie Housing Authority has joined with Early Connections, Inc., to open a new childcare center at Harbor Homes at the Marsha Ann Hall Learning Center, 1841 East 18th Street.

The center is scheduled to open on or about December 17. It will offer Pennsylvania-Licensed Childcare services for up to 30 children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.

Part of the program will include a Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts, Pre-K Program for 17 children ages 3 and 4. The Pre-K program is entirely funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and will offered free of charge to residents.

In addition to the Pre-K program, Early Connections will offer infant, toddler and preschool childcare, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
