Dear Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) Public Housing Resident:

An important meeting for residents will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.  Due to COVID19 concerns the meeting will be held by Zoom conference call that you can access through your phone or computer. You may register by contacting Dusti Dennis at 452-2425 or dennisd@hace.org. A video of the 2021 Agency Plan Resident meeting will be available for viewing on the HACE website at www.hace.org.

The purpose of the meeting is to give you an opportunity to provide information for consideration by HACE in planning for the use of 2021 federal funds expected to be allocated to the Authority by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds, estimated at $4.8 million, can be used for needed physical and management improvements throughout our public housing program.

Information provided by the residents at this meeting will be used by the Housing Authority, in consultation with the Resident Advisory Board, to prepare the 2021 Annual Statement. The Authority looks forward to active participation of our residents in the preparation of this important document. We will provide you with information at the meeting concerning eligible and ineligible activities, and related information. We look forward to hearing from you on September 22nd.
