To the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street, Erie, PA

From the South (Pittsburgh):

1:  Take I-79 north.  When I-79 ends, it turns into the Bayfront Highway.
2: Follow the Bayfront Highway to Holland Street.
3: Turn right (south) on Holland.
4: The Housing Authority's Main Office is located between 6th and 7th Street on Holland, in the ground floor of Schmid Towers, a high-rise apartment building.  The parking lot is on Holland, across from the Sunoco gas station.

From the East (Buffalo) or West (Cleveland):

1:  Take I-79 north.  When I-79 ends, it turns into the Bayfront Highway.
2: Follow the Bayfront Highway to Holland Street.
3: Turn right (south) on Holland.

Take I-90 to Route 430 (Wesleyville exit) and turn north onto Route 430, which becomes The Bayfront Highway.  Then:

Follow the Bayfront Highway to Holland Street.

Turn right (south) on Holland.

From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the John E. Horan Garden Apartments (formerly Franklin Terrace) Administration Building at 730 Tacoma Road:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn right (south) on Holland.
2: Turn left on E. 10th Street.  Follow 10th Street for approximately 2.5 miles to Tacoma Road (there is a 4-way stop sign).
3: Turn left (north) onto Tacoma Road.  Follow Tacoma for 2 blocks.
4: The Administration Building is on your left.

From the Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Harbor Homes Administration Building at 1839 E. 18th Street:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn right (south) on Holland.
2: Turn left on E. 10th Street.  Follow 10th Street for approximately 2 miles to Downing Avenue (just past the railroad tracks)
3: Turn right (south) on Downing Avenue.  Follow Downing for approximately 1/2 mile to E. 18th Street.
4: Turn left (east) onto E. 18th Street for 1/4 block.
5: The Administration Building is on your right.

From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Lake City Dwellings Administration Building at 315 E. 16th Street:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn right (south) on Holland.  Follow Holland to E. 14th Street, a 'T' intersection.
2: Turn left (east) on E. 14th Street.  Follow 14th Street for 1/2 block to Division Street.
3: Turn right (south) on Division Street.  Go under the railroad underpass, to E. 16th Street, a 'T' intersection.
4: Turn left (east) on E. 16th Street.  Follow E. 16th Street for 1 block, past German Street.
5: The Administration Building is on your right, just past German St.

From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Friendship Apartments at 111 E. 11th Street:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn right (south) on Holland.
2: Turn right (west) at E. 7th Street.  Follow 7th Street for 1 block.
3: Turn left (south) at French Street.  Follow French for 4 blocks.
4: The Friendship Apartment building is on your left, just past E. 11th Street.  Turn into the parking lot immediately past the building, before you get to Burger King.

From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Erie Heights Administration Building at 4020 Garden Avenue:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn left (north) on Holland. Follow Holland north until reaching the Bayfront Highway.
2: Turn left on the Bayfront Highway.  Stay on the Bayfront Highway past W. 8th Street, until reaching Greengarden Blvd.
3: Turn left (south) onto Greengarden.  Follow Greengarden for approximately 2 miles, until reaching W. 38th Street.
4: Turn right (west) onto W. 38th Street for approximately 1/2 mile, until reaching Garden Avenue.
5: Turn left (south) onto Garden Avenue.  Bear right at the top of the hill, staying on Garden.
6: The Administration Building is on right, approximately 1/10 mile after 'Y' intersection at the top of the hill.

From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Curry/Schell Apartments at 3909 Schaper Avenue:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn left (north) on Holland. Follow Holland north until reaching the Bayfront Highway.
2: Turn left on the Bayfront Highway.  Stay on the Bayfront Highway past W. 8th Street, until reaching Greengarden Blvd.
3: Turn left (south) onto Greengarden.  Follow Greengarden for approximately 2 miles, until reaching W. 38th Street.
4: Turn right (west) onto W. 38th Street for approximately 1/2 mile, past Garden Avenue and past the baseball field.
5: Turn left (south) onto Schaper Avenue.  The Curry/Schell Apartments is on the left.


From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Ostrow Apartments at 4220 Davison Avenue:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn right (south) on Holland.
2: Turn left (east) at E. 10th Street.
3: Turn right (south) at Parade Street.  Follow Parade Street to E. 28th Street.  At E. 28th, Parade divides into Pine Avenue and Old French Road.
4: Bear left onto Pine Avenue.  Follow Pine Avenue for 1.6 miles to E. Grandview, just past the K-Mart Plaza.
5: Turn left (east) onto E. Grandview Blvd.
6: Turn left (north) onto Davison Avenue, just past the First National Bank.
7: The Ostrow Apartments are on the left.

From the Housing Authority's Main Office at 606 Holland Street to the Housing Authority's Central Maintenance Building at 1925 E. 36th Street:

1:  Leaving the parking lot on Holland, turn right (south) on Holland.
2: Turn left (east) at E. 10th Street.
3: Turn right (south) at Parade Street.  Follow Parade Street to E. 28th Street.
4: Take a hard left (east) onto E. 28th Street.  East 28th Street turns into Zimmerman Road after approx. 1 mile.
5: Follow Zimmerman Road until you see the CableVision building, approximately 3/4 mile.
6: Turn left (north) onto Page Street (for only a few feet).
7: Turn right (east) onto E. 36th Street for 1/4 block.
8: The Central Maintenance Building is on the right.
