HACE Summer Youth Program Praised |

The Housing Authority of the City of Erie has developed a comprehensive Youth Development Program for Public Housing residents.
Offering activities ranging from sailing to golf to horseback riding, this program is believed to be "one of the most innovative in the country," according to Jacqueline Molinaro-Thompson, division director of public housing in Pittsburgh's Department of Housing and Urban Development field office.
